Access Nursing interview questions

Interview process was pretty good overall. Met with 2 interviewers and a senior Interviewer. First 2 interviews were pretty standard, nice and flowing chat. Final interview with a senior Interviewer was kind of awkward but I think it was meant to be. Lasted about 1 hour and wasn't really told what to expect or prepare for ahead of time which was odd in my opinion. I was rejected after final stage via email with no explanation of why and no option of a phone call to discuss feedback. Followed up multiple times asking for feedback but no response. Overall left a bad taste in my mouth about the company due to the recruiter. Would not recommend to anyone based on that.

The interview process took one week. I initially met with the internal recruiter online. Afterwards I competed a 15 minute online multiple choice question and answer, then moved to an in person interview in the office with two senior managers, one at a time. After the second interview I was asked to meet the managing director. This meeting was a choice of online or in office, I choose to go into the office again. the final interview was super easy and comfortable, felt more like a general conversation where he got to know more about you as a person rather than typical interview questions like the first two interviews. Really nice people overall, good experience and very professional at what they do.
