My experience was a 3 round process, where I had a group interview at the beginning with about 5 other candidates, where we went round robin with the usual behavioural interview questions. The second interview was with the Manager and Program Coordinator, where we went further into role specific and situational interview questions. The last interview was with the VP and a Director of the program, where it focused more on my fit and what I could bring to the position.

One-way zoom interview using a webcam about working in a hybrid environment, vaccination status, relevant skills, particular interest in Acces programs and locations, experience with online service delivery and training programs.

Questions around the Job description. If you read and studied the JD, you are good to go. I just went in to the Organization's website and studied what their core operations were and prepared how I would give my answers if I was asked.
