I had a very polite and friendly first communication with HR, which made me feel comfortable. However, one thing that struck me as odd was that the name of the end client, for whom the person would work or join their team, was never mentioned. This seemed a bit strange, as it’s usually important to know exactly who you’ll be working for.
In the second communication, there were technical questions that were generally interesting, but some of them felt a bit pressuring and unclear. For instance, one of the questions asked was about how you know you've achieved a 35% performance improvement, without giving much context or explaining the significance of the question. This left me feeling uncertain and made the communication feel a bit confusing.
