I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Chennai) in Oct 2024
Interview
The Interviewer started by introducing himself and then he asked me the following questions:
1. Introduce yourself.
2. Explain your project in detail
3. what difficulties have you faced while implementing your project and who mentored it?
4. In which situations you have failed and how did you solve it?
5. Explain OOPS in detail with its type.
Then he asked me if I had any questions, tip: Dont ask for Interview feedback as Accenture does not allow their interviewers to give feedback during the interview
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
