Interview
The process begins with a telephone interview.
If you pass the first phase, you will have to take an English test.
The last phase is a technical interview. At the end, they make a job offer.
First step is a phone interview of around 15 minutes. This interview has basic screening questions about academic and professional background.
Then you take an English language level test and after a technical interview. The technical interview only has a few basic questions about OOP principles

Interview
Up to this point I only had an interview. The interviewer asked me about my interests and technical skills in order to ascertain if I would fit in with the company. However, there were no technical questions.
