Accenture hiring process was divided into 3 stages
1. Aptitude test
2. Group Discussion
3. Personal Interview
All 3 stages were carried out on the same day.
Aptitude test consisted of Quant & Verbal
GD had a contemporary topic.
Interview was combination of personal & technical majorly based on programming.

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
