Interview
It begins with an online application, followed by an aptitude test. After the aptitude test, you will receive two case options and be required to choose one topic. You will then need to create a 5-page slide presentation based on the chosen topic to be eligible for the AAP Day.
During the AAP Day, there will be a group interview where a case will be provided for discussion and presentation. If you successfully pass the assessment on the first day, you will be invited to the second day of assessment.

Assessment Center: A case will be provided for discussion and presentation. After the presentation, the interviewer will ask follow up questions base on the presentation.
Interview process was extremely smooth and well coordinated. They give you enough time for Q&A with a lot of scenario based questions to testing your analytical skills. It went really well

It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
The interview process consists of three structured rounds: beginning with an initial hiring manager screening, progressing to a detailed evaluation with the Senior Manager or MD, and concluding with a final, mandatory in-person MD interview.
