Single round interview. Interview was done by a team of 2. Both of them seemed to be asking questions by reading from some website. Questions were low quality which did not focus on the implementation of features. Also interviewers didn't turn on the camera.

The hiring process is not at all efficient. The interview was rescheduled about 7 to 8 times. At times the interview panel didn't join on time, at other times my interview was automatically canceled by the system.

The questions were completely different from the job description that was sent to me. They didn't ask any technical question but rather asked me about managing teams.
