I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Dec 2023
Interview
1. Online Assessment (Aptitude)
2. Coding test (2 Intermediate Coding Questions)
3. Communication Round
4. Technical and HR Interview
The first round was an easy aptitude round, the second round was of coding assessment, I got questions regarding string manipulation, and the Third round was the communication round which was also easy. The final round was a technical and HR combined interview. Although the interview was very easy and went very well, yet I was not selected and I wasn't informed about the reason for it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: How to load a CSV file using Python?
Q: How to change a file location?
Q: Explain your final year project.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
