They first select the resume and call you for more details. The first round was the virtual round technical round. For the second round they asked you to come to any office location it will be a management round.

Interview
The interview was… unconventional. There wasn’t much of an introduction or context given, and it jumped straight into questions about my previous experience. The person I spoke with, who was a manager, seemed to approach it more like a roleplay than a standard technical discussion. While it was different from the usual structured process I’m used to, it gave me a chance to think on my feet and talk about my experience in detail. It also highlighted for me the kind of clear, organized process I appreciate in a team.
