I had applied online a place I wasn't really interested in. This was to get started with the interview process. i was interviewed over the Phone. I was at work and interviewed in the parking lot. Not the best place for interview.

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
