3 stage process. 1st telephone interview followed by two face days. Day long workshop Long drawn out process but very professional in their communication. Accepted job and based on customer sites in London

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
