Well, As Accenture name itself big but sadly they doesn't value people or knowledge instead they value documents only.if your past company is small enough they can't give exp letter n all then boom you shouldn't think to be part of Accenture as Accenture team believes to have letters , documents not knowledge or honesty. And above all HR given on candidate portal will never receive your call,never respond to single mail, message. What is the meaning of Human resource? They should even speak, atleast give a chance to candidate to speak about their self and then decide if u want to hire or not. Company anyway can remove candidate if he/she not working as per company's need whether they submitted all documents or not , so if candidate telling you honestly everything by mail and all why you not giving a chance at least to speak and why can't you respond them ! We respect every company's policy but we at least expect response from well known IT organization. This kind of company show they never invest on people. Thanks by the way to open my eyes "Accenture" is not everything,there's another global IT Companys who respect their own policy and values candidate as well !
