Got an email through Linkedin. Proceeded to have a 15-minute phone call about my previous work experience, language level and the overall reason why this position interested me.
Proceeded to have a second interview over video call.

the interview was pretty easy and straight forward. it did take 2 interviews, screening with recruiter and 1 main interview with the HM. the interview itself was easy and the HM was very friendly.
Emails with HR, aptitude test, interview with the team lead is a bunch of 'describe a situation when' type of questions, average interview is 40 minutes long, no questions about education or skills
