Interview
I got 1st interview scheduled in Dec 2nd week. It lasted for 1.45 min with all sorts of technica, logical and reasoning questions. The interviewer was really friendly and I too had interesting time to answer the questions.
After 2 days HR scheduled 2nd round with manager in dec last week and it was basic discussions about work and behavioural questions.
After 1 week, HR called and confirmed 3rd technical round on Jan 2nd week. It was also basic questions about past projects.
Thats it. my profile status still shows Interview scheduled in Accenture job portal. I tried to contact HR team twice and but didnt get any reply.
A candidate spends to much time to prepare for the interview during working hours and by completing the current job tasks in time by extending hours, Its basic responsibility of recruiters to update the candidate abut the status and atleast stay reachable.
This is 3rd time I attended interviews and waiting for the results with Accenture. But still wont stop trying for it.

Como me veía en unos años y que creía que aportaba
Sehr gut, angenehm professionell. Wurde zeitnah mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt. Erst ein HR Telefonat 15 Minuten, dann ein technisches Interview per ms Teams. dann ein persönliches Interview vor Ort.
I experienced a lack of respect throughout the whole process.
The recruiter tried to place me in a much lower expertise and salary bracket because they hadn't read my CV thoroughly and wrongly assumed I was a junior. After convincing them that I was qualified for the job and salary they were offering, I moved on to the next interview with the team manager. The interview was jarring, with the manager giving a lot of red flag answers to my questions which signaled a complete lack of empathy. For example, they answered "You come here to work, not to socialize" when I asked about what the team looked like in terms of background and anagraphics.
At the end of the interview, the manager still said that I looked like a good candidate and that they would have 100% moved me to the following step. They then proceeded to ghost me for a few weeks. In the meantime I received another job offer and I got back to Accenture to ask if they had any updates. They told me that they were not interested anymore.
What a waste of time and energy.
