The interview process was lengthy. I did not come from a targetted school and somewhat applied to Accenture on a whim. After I applied, I was invited to take the Accenture test. The day that I completed the test, I was contacted by HR to set up a phone interview a few days later. The phone interview lasted all but 10 minutes. The HR representative said, "This is basically to check and see if you can have/hold a conversation." I was then passed along to another round of interviews which also featured the Showcase Presentation and a strengths interview. The Presentation is less about your idea, and more about how you were able to come up with your idea, and how you present yourself.

2 interviews, one behavioral and one case. Straightforward, tech-focused case. They give you a paper to read the case and then they ask you questions. Generic behavioral questions, why Accenture? Why consulting?
