I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Brussels) in Sept 2010
Interview
The hiring process for graduates is as follows: Interview with HR Director, Interview with Project Manager, Interview with Managing Director. I perform a lot of IV's, tips I can give to a graduate: 1. Be well prepared to showcase what you already know about Accenture and the people that work there. 2. Make sure you have a clear understanding of the job role. 3. Make sure your resume showcases all activities / events you undertook outside of university.

Question 1
Experience and growth strategy in a specific market
My process was accelerated. 3 levels of interview: recruiter, SMD (designated by company to qualify candidate), in-office interview region lead, service line lead and account lead. I received an offer 48 hours later. 1 month for the whole process, beginning to end. Others go through more interviews, and process can last for months ( 6 - 8 for some).
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2024
Interview
I was told the interview process would go quickly and it was until it was handed to another recruiter. The interviews went well and they wanted to move me forward. The new recruiter was slow, sometimes wouldn't respond and then fell off the edge of the earth.
