First they have scheduled face to face interview, due to the Interviewer location and my location is different. They have arranged telephonic interview. Same day I cleared two technical and one HR Round.

Salesforce Admin related question and few related to Customization like(Classes, triggers and SOQL, Visualforce pages etc.)
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
