2 rounds with two interviews each for strategy group (former interns skipped 1st round). 2nd round was 1 case, 1 fit, ~45 mins each. Interviews on Friday, offer call the following Monday

Case study rounds with manager and partner, along with questions to test company knowledge, why to hire us, why consulting, etc. followed by HR discussion to show ID card and then questions about ourselves and work experience

recruiter screen, then r1 with 2 manager level folks. final round in person with 2 MDs. A mix of traditional and non traditional behavioral questions as well as cases. The cases got harder for the final round.
