Interview
The Interview consisted over case studies and behavioral questions. There was a first round interview with 2 cases and 1 behavioral and a second round that also had 2 cases and 2 behaviorals
Case study rounds with manager and partner, along with questions to test company knowledge, why to hire us, why consulting, etc. followed by HR discussion to show ID card and then questions about ourselves and work experience
I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Toronto, ON)

recruiter screen, then r1 with 2 manager level folks. final round in person with 2 MDs. A mix of traditional and non traditional behavioral questions as well as cases. The cases got harder for the final round.
