Interview
Accenture is a great company and anyone would be happy to join the firm.
I have some points i would like you to address as i believe it will reach to the right people and make it non-biased for other candidates:
1.Interviewer (xxxxxx in the panel) already seemed to be biased. (Maybe for not selecting me due to the issue we had regarding the morning. HR team was supportive due to which the interview was scheduled in the afternoon)
2. Generally interviewer starts on positive note , for example greeting or a smile but there were nothing of the sort followed when the interview started
3. Even though I answered all of the questions, the interviewer seemed reluctant to question me more. i don't know why
4. Nothing was discussed in the area I had expertise in, e.g., leadership roles or python (technicality) or SQL
I hope this will improve the recruiting process for other candidates.

The interview process is multi-layered, where we begin with the Phone Screen with a detailed in-depth vetting of the candidate to a High-level Skype or an In-Person second round.
It was well framed for the role, concentrating on real-time experience questions based on roles and responsibilities
