I applied through college. There was an aptitude test including quants, verbal and logical, and reasoning. Then there was an interview process. The test was easy. RS Agarwal book is sufficient for preparation. The interview was a group interview. There were 5 members in my panel. Three people took interview

The interview process usually starts with an application and resume screening. If the profile matches the job requirements, the candidate is invited for an interview. The interview may include questions about education, skills, experience, strengths, and career goals.
Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
