Interview
There were two rounds. Initial technical round which was a face to face round. Second round was a HR kind of round which I believe was to judge whether the management skills/soft skills match the experience level of the candidate.

How would you manage aspirations of team members to learn new technologies particularly in projects like production support where the range of technologies involved is limited. ?
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation

The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.
