The accenture interviews at the University of Texas were obtained by submitting your resume online to their national job bank just prior to the interviews. They then picked and emailed those canidates they wished to itnerview. There were two interviews on two seperate days. The frist day was with a lower level (manager) employee, the second was with a Partner level person. The interview does not have skills a session, and focused more on resume review and situational responses. For example, a time when you failed, or a time when a team accomplished something and your role in making it happen. The interviews struck me as extremely fit oriented, and I think they were checking to make sure your resume lined up with who you are and that you were fairly personable and that they could see you as a part of a team. Be positive, and the probobly already think your qualifications are good if you have the interview.
