Interview
there were 2 rounds:
1) aptitude test: it contained 3 sections verbal, quantitative and logical. It wasn't very difficult.
2) Interview: they asked 5 people to enter at once. The questions were basic HR questions such as "tell us about yourself", "why do you want to join Accenture?" etc
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Cubao) in Mar 2026
Interview
Initial interview was automated. Applying without background knowledge to the job is a big no no meaning you wouldn't be able to lie your way through it or at least from my experience.
It was very good with some good information regarding the environment and it was more informative. Needed to be more candidate friendly.Need some more improvement in the interview process and Communication is delayed
