Applied through Accenture career portal. Two interview rounds conducted one is technical ( virtual ) and manager round ( virtual in office ). Technical is 1 hr and manager round is 30 min
I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of 1–2 technical rounds focused mainly on Python, SQL, BigQuery, and Airflow. Questions were mostly hands-on and scenario-based, covering data transformations, joins, JSON handling, partitioning vs clustering, and workflow orchestration concepts. The interviewer also asked basic PySpark and Pandas questions, along with conceptual questions on data warehousing (e.g., Redshift, MPP). Overall, the discussion was practical, conversational, and implementation-focused rather than theory-heavy.

My interview experience at Accenture was overall positive and professional. The process was well structured, with multiple rounds focusing on core .NET concepts, system design, real-time project scenarios, and problem-solving skills. Interviewers were knowledgeable, approachable, and encouraged clear explanations rather than just theoretical answers. There was good emphasis on practical experience, coding standards, and understanding of real-world applications. Communication from HR was clear, and the interview flow felt smooth and fair. Overall, it reflected Accenture’s professional culture and focus on quality talent.
