It was a very positive experience. My first interview was a video conference with HR where they detailed the position, company values and interview process.
I had further video interviews with different team leaders and a case study to present. Every step of the way HR would follow up with me to see if I had any questions. This was very helpful and appreciated.

They asked about my previous employements, my role there and my day to day work. They inquired about my technical y professional skills and competency levels. I was asked to mention profesional achievements as well as weaknesses.

Afterward, I noticed that the same roles continue to be posted and reposted frequently, with listings remaining open for months. This raises concerns about whether the company is actively hiring or simply running ongoing interview processes without filling roles. Overall, the experience felt inefficient and disappointing given the time and effort required.
