Three rounds total, two with associates, final round case study with MD. Was given a 10K, and the MD asked questions about it. Was relatively fair, lots of SaaS related questions.
3 rounds - the first was fully behavioral, the second was technical paper math, the third was a case study and SaaS business model understanding. Really nice interviewers all around.

First round with analyst which included typical behavioral questions as well as software oriented technicals. Seemed to really want to see mastery of software knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of various firms.
