I had 3 interviews for the role and it took about 3 hours total. I found the interviews were fair and reasonable.
The two people I met with were strong individuals who were very proud of their own success, and they reminded me of that during the process.

Interview
It was a short, meeting with director of sales, COO and senior salesman. A brief introduction to the industry, the sales floor and the compensation structure. Offered a position same day.
