a phone screening interview with the HR rep followed by 2 one-hour interviews, the first of which tested my soft skills, I talk about my resume, and they talk a bit about the company, you may ask questions here as well. The second interview tested my hard skills on a whiteboard, it starts with some algorithm questions and they gradually increase the difficulty as you answer questions. I would say the interviewers were very knowledgeable, they gave me an Accedo scenario and made up questions as they saw fit for me, therefore it was quite the test for me. overall I was very satisfied with the experience.
