Interview
I was told Acatar is related to CMU, have a business casual environment, and are on the South Side. Their first interview is by phone. After the initial interview, I was told they would send me an exercise to do in my free time, that would need to be submitted back to Acatar, but they never sent it, and I did not receive any additional communication from them.

Question 1
I've had very little formal training in programming and haven't been exposed to a lot of the academia-type exam questions about programming. I also had switched jobs, hadn't programmed for about a year and was interested in getting back into it. Even though I was up front and said I did not have much MVC experience, the individual I spoke to asked a few exam-type questions about server communication in MVC and how it differs from ASP.NET web forms that didn't necessarily have a right answer. That tripped me up. He also asked a general question about inheritance, classes, and interfaces that I wasn't prepared to answer.
