The interview was very thorough. There was a panel of individuals present, and each from separate departments. They definitely want to make sure that you are not only comfortable working with HIV positive clients, but also working alongside HIV positive individuals. This is a very delicate subject, and if you are abrasive or opposed to this in any way you will not be successful. That being said, the interview also included questions about prior administrative duties, as well as your understanding of healthcare and social work.
