It was simple. Got a call to come in. Sat down with my now manager. Said what I will be doing and asked if that sounds good to me. I then accepted. They ran my name into the system, next day came in for training.
Good interview process. Just ended not for me. Great questions and probably best for someone who is starting out. Talked about character and how to lead. Overall good starter interview.
