I was first called by the footwear manager and asked if I would like to come in for an interview. He then asked me how much I was looking for hourly. He then set up a date and time for my face-to-face interview . I showed up for my interview and was brought back to the managers office by the footwear manager and was interviewed by him and a team lead from the department.

Interview
Sit down interview, that discussed previous work history. Went into detail about company values, management, and expectations. Very easy and standard practice. Waited a few days before heard anything back.
You are introduced to the assistant manager of your interested department. From there they will interview you for 5 minutes then after that you will be introduced o the manager of the department that you applied for and then they will interview you for an additional 5 minutes or so.

Interview
Very professional interview, asked relevant questions pertaining to the job and instantly looked for any feedback or inquiries I had. The interview made me very comfortable to where I could instantly view myself as a team member.
