Interview
Multiple interviews with skill testing. Paper job application that you fill out on the spot. Unique interview strategies, a bit unprofessional. Basically confirmed that I got the job, but then ended up ghosting me and never calling me back. Interview with President of the company (who you’re not even working with) was basically a 30 minute “interview” of him mansplaining the position and trying to intimidate you by telling you there you only have 1 day off a week and can never call off. Only questions asked were inappropriate ones like where my family is from, if i plan on taking vacations literally at any point of time working there, if i have a family (as in children), and if I have any mental or physical disabilities that I would need any days off for because they don’t want that.

Easy. Basic Math questions and spelling test. Typing skills. Spanish was plus. Asked whether I had reliable transportation. Blue blazer required and provided. High school diploma is necessary. Sales experience is a plus.

Submit a paper application. Get called and interviewed over the phone. If they like you they will set up a second interview. You go to the office and sign in. Wait about an hour to get interviewed. You get a typing and memory test.
