I didn't get a very good feeling during the process, I got an email that said that they would call a specific day, and I made myself available to phone calls by working from home, but no call or message. I wrote a polite email in the evening asking to reschedule to another day and for a more specific time of day. We agreed on a time, but then they still called a day in advanced when I was about to leave home for another meeting. "It will only take 10 minutes" she said, but continued on talking for almost 40 minutes! Most of the conversation was her reading information out loud from a paper. I got the impression that she was under a lot of pressure to do way to much in to little time. After that I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. I wrote again and wonder if I was gonna get a response, only then I got a genereic email saying that I didn't get the job. They have a website were you are supposed to be able to see your recruitment process, but in my case it didn't ever got updated. Overall I got the feeling of some poor planning from their part, I wondered how the work environment were for those who sat and made this phone calls. The worst part is, that this company is supposed to be specialized in recruitment, that's quite embarrasing.
