The process took 2 weeks after first contact, was done online except for the last interview. 1st round: HR. The recruiter was very nice, introduced the company & the job. 2nd round: a developer and a manager. I had the feeling that they didn't prepare and tried to make up questions on the fly. We mostly talked about my previous experience, and some very basic development topics. 3rd round: manager from the previous round + VP(?): again, they seemed at a loss about what to discuss. We chatted a bit about industry trends, I asked about their ongoing projects. At the end, I got an offer for a position below my experience level, with a salary about 2/3 of my other offers. I heard since then that some of my acquaintances had the same experience.
