- Interview with Product Manager
- Interview with Back-End Dev
- Interview with CTO (didn't reach this point)
It was refreshing to interview for a position that didn't ask me to go through a LeetCode-like challenge. Most of my interviews pertained to discussions about my experience, how I work with a team, how I approach developing an API, what high-quality code looks like to me, etc. A+ to Abstract for not going down the coding challenge route. This was a much more holistic process.
