Informal interview process, went through my past experience, projects I had worked on, what I enjoyed working on and my aspirations for the future. Asked what clients I had worked with in the past.

CV and cover letter application followed by an informal video interview. Interviewer was very positive and willing to listen. She opened up a helpful and informal discussion on the process of a working day at the Absolute post-production house.
