I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AboveTraining (Orem, UT) in Aug 2018
Interview
The whole process took several weeks, beginning with a phone interview and ending with an in-person interview. There was generally a very relaxed atmosphere about the interview, which was a pleasant surprise.

Interview
The process was long and intense. It started normal enough with a phone interview. That was pretty basic, just about ten minutes long, and then I was offered an on-site interview. If you get the same offer, be prepared for a long visit. I first met with the team supervisor for roughly twenty minutes, and she asked a lot of the basic job interview questions. That went well, but then after that, I met with the company owner for another ten or fifteen minutes. He asked a lot of the same questions and reviewed much of the information I had received in the previous interview. After meeting with the owner, I met with two other people (HR I think?) who had watched my interview with the owner. I was confused because they asked a lot of the same questions that the owner had just asked, so I had to come up with different answers to the same questions. That third interview lasted a good fifteen minutes as well. After that, I thought I was done, but then I met with the CEO and the CFO in their office. And yes, they asked a bunch of the same questions again for about ten minutes. I left there feeling drained and confused as to why they didn't just all get in the same room and ask me those questions all at once. And I know an hour isn't that long to spend interviewing, but because it felt so repetitive and like I was being shuffled around, it seemed to drag on.
Furthermore, the way they described the job to me in person didn't sound much like the job description on the application, so after all that, I felt uninterested in the job and, on top of that, unqualified. I hope that this experience was an anomaly, because I do believe they are a good company. I just didn't feel like I would fit well there.

Interview
This is a picky company because they are so small and have few employees. It is important to hire someone who works well with their company culture and employees personalities. I interviewed with eleven employees. They then asked me to complete an article for them to review my writing abilities.
