The interview process itself was thorough. I appreciated the opportunity to engage in five separate interview sessions, including a mock QBR presentation and a final interview with the Global VP of Customer Success. These interactions were insightful and allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company. However, after being extended a job offer, I was informed a few days later that the offer was rescinded due to my current tenure. This decision was unexpected and confusing, as my tenure was clearly stated on my resume from the beginning. If tenure in a current job was a critical factor in your hiring criteria, this should have been communicated upfront during the resume review stage. This would have saved both the Abnormal team and I significant time and effort.
