I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Able (New York, NY) in Jul 2022
Interview
It was a great interview, straight to the point.
All the technical details that needed more attention were closely looked, and no waste of time happened.
I would rate their process as efficient, though it have some time since last time it happened.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Able
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me. We had our video call after a few days. He ghosted me right after. It was very disappointing since we had such a good conversation and he seemed excited about my experience. It's been weeks and I never heard back even after sending a follow-up message.
Very unprofessional and disappointing.

- HR Screening - Interview with a tech manager - Take-home assessment - You'll need to complete two challenges. After that, the people ghosted you, with no response at all. I read here that the company ghosted you, but unfortunately, I couldn't believe it, and the same thing happened to me. I tried to contact them through email and LinkedIn. It's disheartening to see such unprofessional behavior.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Able (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview process was good overall. I met with a Recruiter and after that with a hiring manager. I also was asked to complete a coding challenge, and a follow-up coding conversation with an engineer. I finally worked on a system design exercise. It was interesting step to gather requirements and define the system in a collaborative session with a software engineer. At the end the company took longer to provide feedback, and make a final decision so I ended up moving in a different direction. It seems they are slowing down their recruiting process, so they are staffing team members that are coming available.
