Application process was quite simple. Industry is constantly understaffed so the response is also often quite swift. Submitted resume and heard back from them within a week. Attended an interview with a HR representative and the team leader of the unit I would be placed in. Sitting in on the interview was one of the clients I would work with, but this was not normal procedure. Attitude throughout interview was relaxed and friendly, not trying to put pressure on you.
