Abilitie interview questions

I applied for the Product Marketing Manager role via LinkedIn and was contacted by a recruiter. I was informed that the role was evolving to better align with Abilitie's business goals, and the title was being adjusted to Digital Product and Growth Marketer. The process moved quickly, and I advanced to the next round with the hiring team. My conversation with the hiring manager was highly engaging and made me even more excited about the role, as it closely mirrored a past position I held. The next interview with a senior leader, however, felt very different. The interaction was more formal and evaluative, making it difficult to establish a natural dialogue. At times, the conversation felt impersonal, and there were moments where it was challenging to share my thoughts without interruption. During the discussion, I provided insights into a past target audience I had worked with, clarifying their key priorities and preferences. Shortly after, I received a rejection email. While disappointing, the experience ultimately left me questioning whether the role and work environment would have been the right fit.
