It was very nice and relaxed. We did the interview right on the main floor during a not busy time. Manager asked me simple questions like how I would help customers find outfits and general about myself.

Interview
The interview felt distant and impersonal because it was conducted online. It did not seem very hopeful and felt more like an automated process than a genuine opportunity to connect with employers.

What trend do you like at the store and how you would sell it to a customer?
Super simple and casual interview. Not too complex and very normal conversation. Heard back within a day and got hired, filled out tax papers and everything, and never got another call about orientation. It's been 6 months.

Pre-recorded interview but you only get 30 seconds to prepare each question. Fairly easy, but only get one chance to film it. Not a face to face interview though. Good luck!
