I was a relaxed environment . The Interview was laid back. Most of questions were behavioral and personality based. Only lasted about 30 minutes. I heard back from the manager within a couple days.

The interview felt distant and impersonal because it was conducted online. It did not seem very hopeful and felt more like an automated process than a genuine opportunity to connect with employers.

What trend do you like at the store and how you would sell it to a customer?
Super simple and casual interview. Not too complex and very normal conversation. Heard back within a day and got hired, filled out tax papers and everything, and never got another call about orientation. It's been 6 months.
