Interview
Easy. They will likely hire on the spot if you are young and pretty. It does not take much to get hired. Just dress trendy and be updated on style of clothing is “in.” That’s probably the hardest part of the interview, which isn’t hard at all for someone 18+ or in their early 20s.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
