It was a very long interview process and multiple interviews yet didn't make it to the final round so felt like a waste of time in all honesty. WOuld not recommend
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Mar 2011
Interview
Interview was not hard. Had a skills test, and two 1:1 interviews. One interviewer kept asking questions related to styles of clothing. Other than that, just some basic behavioral questions. You wear Abercrombie casuals to the interviews. If you don't have any, borrow some from friends or wear something similar, however, I would not recommend you to wear competitor's i.e. no logos of those companies. They asked me what my style is, what kind of clothes I would put up for a guy and a girl, my favorite wardrobe item, describe their stores.
Easy going, met with multiple members of the team along with HR rep. Very relaxed, “coffee talk” but in a small room. Required to take wonderlic test within 15 minutes.

Question 1
Give an example of how you overcame an obstacle in previous role
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
phone interview, asessement day, skype interview. The skype interview went more into depth, they were really trying to find out what you were about and not what you wanted to tell them. They asked about what I would like to do if I didn’t get this job t Abercrombie. All very friendly. I have not heard back yet.
