Just a very basic interview that lasted about an hour. Easy basic questions like "how do you manage multiple deadlines ". For about half hour the recruiter was just telling me about the company, their policies, and the position. I didn't really prepare for the interview just researched very general facts about the company and that was enough to have a successful interview. However, salary is not negotiable, so I would recommend people who are interested in the company to keep in mind that this program only pays around 35,000 which is not very competitive.
