I was asked if I would like to be a model when I was shopping in Hollister, the manager noticed that I already got my bachelor's degree so she encouraged me to apply for the MIT program. I send my CV to her and she arranged the interview for me. I was interviewed by the General Manager, a really nice girl from America. Interview took place outside the store, we went to a coffee shop and she asked me a couple of questions, the process was quite relaxing. After the interview she asked me to take a photo of me, and she wanted me to give a big smile, I prepared for this but still I was little bit nervous about the photo shoot cause I knew it was the most important part.

It was a very simple interview. The manager was very friendly, and that help me to feel more comfortable during the proces. The questions are about job experience, and about your dress style.
